New “Unknown” action hero Liam Neeson
Liam Neeson has become new “Unknown” action hero, helping the new release “Unknown” pick up $21.8 million dollars last the three-day over the weekend and win the No. 1 spot at the box office.
In the new thriller, Neeson plays Dr. Martin Harris, a scientist in Berlin for a conference. A punch to the head ina car accident gets him in a coma and when he returns from coma and from his slumber after four days, his wife (January Jones of TV’s Mad Men) couldn’t recognize him with another Dr. Martin Harris is at her side instead of him….
And, as he went on to explain, Neeson is just as surprised by the twist his career has taken since the unexpected box-office success of the action film Taken in 2008
