Seawater radioactivity ‘rises’ near Fukushima reactor

Japan’s nuclear safety agency said that seawater close to the Fukushima Daiichi plant’s reactor number one reached radioactive iodine at 3,355 times the legal limit.
Regardless, an authority said the iodine could have deteriorated drasticly by the time it reached people.
